K3 Retail are delighted to announce the acquisition of Merac Limited (“Merac”) . This is in line with K3 Retail’s strategy to expand our expertise, enhance our portfolio, customer base and add additional IP capabilities.
With more than 15 years of experience, Merac has developed a tailor made solution for the visitor attraction and leisure sector. Their solution ‘MStore’ is a functionally rich system that covers ticketing, hospitality and retail together with capabilities built for admissions, bookings, membership and event management.
Customers comprise an impressive portfolio of well-known historic houses, zoos, theme parks, museums and gardens, from Stonehenge to Longleat, Castle Howard to Marwell Wildlife, Wooky Hole Caves and English Heritage. Merac technology supported over 15 million visitors last year alone.
